Signature Salads

(minimum of 10 salads per type)
Spinach Salad.
Baby spinach topped with tomatoes, red onion, toasted pecans and crumbled goat cheese. Served with raspberry vinaigrette on the side.
Nansemond Salad.
Baby field greens topped with tomatoes, red onion, roasted peanuts and shaved Smithfield ham. Served with choice of dressing on the side.
Anti-Pasto Salad.
Baby field greens topped with tomatoes, red onion, kalimata olives, fresh mozzarella, sliced salami and pepperoni. Served with oil & vinegar dressing on the side.
Caprese Salad.
Baby field greens topped with tomatoes, red onions, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Served with balsamic vinaigrette on the side.
Roasted Vegetable Salad.
Chopped romaine lettuce topped with roasted squash, zucchini, onions, red peppers and feta cheese. Served with oil & vinegar dressing on the side.
Euro Salad.
Chopped romaine and baby field greens topped with tomatoes, red onions, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, crumbled bacon and crumbled goat cheese. Served with choice of dressing on the side.
